They wonton soup has gotten smaller and bland within the past six months. The website ordering also is deceitful. I tried to add a 15% tip, but they registered it as $15.00, which was as much as my whole order

Decent, not bad but not great

A little hole-in-the-wall but staff was friendly, accomodating and the food was good.One of our party asked for cashew chicken with no veggies. I would have expected the dish to come to them half empty but it was full of just cashew chicken! Most places would not be so generous!The beef-broccoli had lots of beef, again not something most restaurants are generous with!

The food here isn't spectacular. I am not a big fan of Chinese food to begin with and this place wouldn't help to change my mind. They have a bunch if regular menu items and they had a specials board. You order at the register and the food is brought out to you.

Although our family loves Chinese food we don't order out often. And we certainly very rarely order delivery. We've eaten at Chen's and ordered take out several times over the years and each encounter with staff has been extremely pleasant. Food has always been hot and tasty. It's of course not fine dining Chinese but for inexpensive fast Chinese, it deserves high credit. For the first time, we decided to order delivery from Chen's to not only support them during the pandemic but we needed a change from cooking at home and didn't want to pick up on a cold rainy night. Ordering online was convenient and easy, food arrived fast with no contact, delivery fee was much cheaper than most, and everything was super hot and delicious. Our whole family really enjoyed it. It made for a special dinner night in. Thanks Chen's!

Okay. I love this place. Now I recognize the food is what you might expect from a hole-in-the-wall Chinese food joint, but sometimes that's exactly what his the spot! The outside was recently renovated which I was hoping translated to a little less hole, but alas the inside hasn't changed a bit. Stick to delivery, it's worth it!

Had the Hot and Sour soup, absolutely perfect! The Crispy Hot Beef was most excellent! I will definitely order from Chen's Kitchen again. Delivery was speedy and the food was hot when it arrived.

I googled this restaurant just today for dinner, party of 7, we found the restaurant. No one was eating there. The woman just ignored us, went to the phone. She just ignored us. She didnt even acknowledge our presence. We just left, We are visitors from California. Very poor customer service. Because of this we found a much much better restaurant 12 mins away, Golden King.

I ordered dinner for delivery last night, and it was a mistake. I placed my order online at 6:47 p.m., and the web page informed me that the food would arrive in 45-65 minutes. The food didn't arrive until 8:30, warm but not hot, and a shrimp dish was replaced by a cheaper chicken dish.

Pretty good Chinese food. I've tried several dishes from Chen's and while there was nothing extraordinary about them, the ingredients were of reasonable quality and the portion sizes matched the prices. The cashier isn't the most welcoming, but the food always comes out quickly.

Great value, consistent quality, decent menu

The carryout order was placed over the phone and it was done incorrectly. Because we didn't want to wait for them to cook again we took the food anyway. They still charged full price despite error. The food was okay. 4/29/2018.

They give you a decent portion size and they do quick service. However a little to fast I'm fairly certain I did not get fresh made to order fried rice. The fried rice was ok at best. This is place for if your desperate and need food fast. Otherwise I would not recommend at all go somewhere else. There is way better Chinese food out there.

To me this is the best Chinese food in the area. The delivery service is very fast. Even when picking up wait time isn't long at all. Love, love, love!

I celebrated my nomination today in this delicious restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a outstanding evening and the place was definitely the reason for the strong celebration. The crew participated in a lovely way, the cuisine was yummy and my friends were so glad. We shall definitely come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

Had I known how good the eggroll was going to be, I'd have ordered a plate of eggrolls. Fried rice was perfectly cooked though was very simple (basically just rice and egg - no vegetables) which I personally didn't mind. Shrimp in lobster sauce had a good shrimp /vegetable /sauce ratio and was very good.

No frills, good food,reasonable prices.

This could have been my mistake, as I ordered about 45 minutes before they closed. Maybe they have good food in the middle of the day when they are busy? The food was generous portion wise, but only tasted alright. The spring rolls were probably the most delicious part of the meal.I quickly found out the next morning as to why I was so unimpressed the night before. What I thought was a mild case of food poisoning that morning, turned into a really bad bout of food poisoning where I then got physically ill several times at work, causing me to leave early to writhe on my hotel bed the rest of the day and night.

Great food but a little pricey

I ordered 2 main items and was charged for both but only received one! The clerk refused to acknowledge my receipt or claim for fair business. Never again. Check your order for everything before accepting it from the delivery driver. Especially if you pay cash.

They don't wear gloves to grab the food and that's disgusting.

For the price the food is good! Better then a-lot of Chinese Carryouts in the DMV

Had a very good experience in here with my son. The food arrives rapidly and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are reasonable.

They offer a vast variety of fresh food. I enjoyed dining here. Staff members are always very kind, rates are convenient and the place is always well organised.

The driver came at me demanding a big tip saying he drove eight miles when the restaurant was only 3.1 miles away. Not to mention that I had to walk to the lobby of the Hotel to pick the food up. I travel for a living and 99% of the time I order Chinese, they deliver it to my room. So don't demand a high tip from me when you lie to me and don't meet my expectations.

Everything tasted decent and typical American Chinese food. Not too oily like other Chinese places.
